Notice of Annual Meeting 2025

AGASSIZ WATER USERS DISTRICT
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given to the members of Agassiz Water Users District that the Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Manvel Community Center, Manvel, North Dakota.
The by-laws of the District provide that you may attend this meeting in person. If you are unable to attend, for any reason, your proxy will be voted on by the Board of Directors of the District. The by-laws provide that to transact the usual business of the District, there must be at least ten percent (10%) of the members in person or by proxy.
A proxy form is enclosed for your convenience. Please return it in the enclosed self-addressed envelope. The proxy will be necessary to ensure a quorum. A drawing will be held from the returned proxies.
Directors are to be elected at this meeting for a three-year term. The directors whose terms expire are Diane McDonald and Chad Thorvilson. The two of them have agreed to serve another term if the members so desire. An absentee voting ballot is enclosed for your convenience. Please return it in the enclosed self-addressed envelope along with your proxy.
At this Annual Meeting, several door prizes will be awarded to those attending.
