Notice of Annual Meeting

AGASSIZ WATER USERS DISTRICT NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given to the members of Agassiz Water Users District that the Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Manvel Community Center, Manvel, North Dakota.

The by-laws of the District provide that you may attend this meeting in person. If you are unable to attend, for any reason, your proxy will be voted on by the Board of Directors of the District. The by-laws provide that to transact the usual business of the District; there must be at least ten percent (10%) of the members in person or by proxy. A proxy form is enclosed for your convenience. Please return it in the enclosed self-addressed envelope. The proxy will be necessary to ensure a quorum. A drawing will be held from the returned proxies.

Directors are to be elected at this meeting for a three-year term. The directors whose terms expire are Eric Stanislowski and Michael Lund. The two of them have agreed to serve another term if the members desire. There were no new nominations for the two directors, no mail in voting will be necessary.

At this Annual Meeting, several door prizes will be awarded to those attending.
